Meet the Team
Ysgol Dyffryn Aman employs almost 150 staff members, comprising teachers, teaching assistants, administrative staff, caretakers, and wider support staff. The team is predominantly structured around departments and the needs of the school.
Individual year groups have a pastoral team that comprises a Head of Year and Deputy Head of Year that are also supported by behaviour and family support workers.
The school is managed operationally and strategically by the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team and overseen by the Governing Body.
In addition, students and pupils take active leadership roles within the school and in representing the school.
