Learning Pathways

We support pupils throughout their journey at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman and times of transition are both exciting and potentially challenging.

Year 10-11

During Year 9, pupils will make their GCSE subject choices. This process begins in the Autumn Term and culminates in an open evening for parents and pupils in which you can learn more about the options available.

Sixth Form (Year 12-13)

For Sixth Form, the process begins with the open evening and continues with individual interviews for students to ensure that they are making the right choices of destination for post-16 education and the right choice of subjects.
